在海逸豪園的一片寧靜中，我們的設計總監 *Daniel Wong* 將一個橫跨三層、總面積達 *6000平方呎* 的相連加複式單位，化作一篇揉合復古情懷與現代設計的藝術詩篇。這裡的每一處細節，都彷彿在細訴一段舊上海的故事，讓人不禁沉浸於時光交錯的優雅氛圍。

踏入玄關，瞬間被溫潤的木藝與隱約流露的金屬光澤所吸引。兩側暗門，靜靜隱藏著實用的鞋櫃與座位，為屋主提供了隱私與便利。穿過一對玻璃趟門後，眼前豁然開朗：大廳的布局如同一個精心佈局的畫面，左右分別是充滿溫馨氣息的飯廳與設計感十足的酒吧區，再往前延伸，便是寧靜雅緻的品茶空間。整個一樓像是一幅展開的畫卷，既有待客的氣派，又蘊藏著家的溫度。

二樓，則是一場生活與歡樂的交響曲。兩間精心設計的主人房，於細節中體現了屋主的品味與格調。而中央的大廳，則被巧妙地打造成為一個專屬的派對空間。這裡不僅僅是朋友聚會、跳舞、唱卡拉OK的理想場所，更是屋主情感與熱情的延展。木地板與燈光交織出的氛圍，讓每一場聚會都像是一場盛大的表演。

當目光攀上三樓的天台，世界的喧囂仿佛在此停下腳步。竹製的戶外木地板散發出自然的溫暖，四周的設計簡約而不失精緻。遠眺之處，維多利亞港的壯麗景色盡收眼底，日夜皆是一幅無與倫比的風景畫。這片天台花園，是屋主與自然共舞的舞台，也是靜思與沉醉的理想之地。

整個單位的設計靈魂，源於我們對中式復古風格的深刻理解與現代設計語言的巧妙運用。實木地板的質樸、雲石地台的高貴、金屬與木材的對比，牆身雲石與中式實木造型的呼應，每一種材質的選擇都在講述一個故事。這些元素在空間中彼此交融，共同描繪出如同百年老飯店般的古典情懷，卻又不失現代生活的優雅與舒適。

這裡不僅僅是一個家，更是一段時光雕刻出的藝術品。在這裡，生活被賦予了詩意，空間成為了情感與記憶的容器。Daniel Wong 用他的設計語言，為屋主打造了一個專屬於他們的夢想居所，一個能夠承載歲月與情懷的靈魂之地。

Amidst the serene surroundings of Harbourfront Landmark, our Design Director *Daniel Wong* has transformed a three-story, *6,000 sq. ft.* duplex into a work of art that seamlessly blends vintage charm with contemporary design. Every detail of this home tells the story of old Shanghai, immersing its occupants in an atmosphere of timeless elegance and nostalgia.

As you step into the entryway, the warmth of handcrafted wood and the subtle gleam of metallic accents immediately capture your attention. Hidden behind discreet doors lie practical shoe cabinets and seating areas, offering both privacy and functionality. Beyond the glass sliding doors, the space opens up into an expansive main hall. To the left, a dining area filled with cozy charm; to the right, a bar area rich in design flair. Further ahead, a tranquil tea corner invites moments of quiet reflection. The entire ground floor feels like a beautifully unfurled scroll, balancing the grandeur of hosting with the warmth of home.

On the second floor, life and celebration come together in perfect harmony. Two meticulously designed master bedrooms reflect the taste and sophistication of the homeowner, while the central hall has been transformed into a dedicated party space. Here, friends gather to dance, sing karaoke, and revel in joyous moments. The interplay of wooden flooring and soft lighting creates an atmosphere where every gathering feels like a grand performance.

Ascending to the rooftop on the third floor, the world seems to pause in awe. Bamboo outdoor decking exudes natural warmth, while the minimalist yet refined design complements the breathtaking panoramic views of Victoria Harbour.
